  • Where can I spend the night?

    You are usually allowed to spend the night in any place where it is allowed to park, without the roof being unfolded or elements outside the van. There are a lot of places where you will see parked vans. You can also stay in overnight areas for caravans or in campsites. Use your common sense to find a good place and always respect the environment!

  • How many seats are there in the van?

    There are five seats for passengers in a standar van: two in the front and three in the back. Up to four people can sleep in the van as there is a double bed on the back seats and another one on the pop-up roof.

    There are three seats for passengers in a lite van: three in the front . Up to two people can sleep in the van as there is a double bed on the back seats.

     

     


  • How can I book the van?

    In the BOOKING section, you can fill out a form and send it to us. We will then send you all the information about the payment terms, should it be by bank transfer, or by POS terminal with secure payment, credit card payments with American Express are subject to an additional fee of 1.5% of the rental price to cover commission. You will have to leave a 600€ deposit which will be refunded within 2 days after returning and checking the vehicle.

    Penalties will be applied in case of cancellation:

    • Up to 30 days before the rental period: No penalties.
    • From 29 to 7 days before the rental period: 50% of the total rental price.
    • Less than 7 days before the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
  • What documents do I need to send to book the van?

    You need to send us by email the IDs and the driving licenses of all the drivers, the current address and a contact phone number. In the case of foreign citizens: passports and international licenses of all the drivers.

  • What shall I do in case of a breakdown?

    The vans have a fully comprehensive coverage and travel assistance. When a breakdown occurs, you should first contact us so we can arrange the assistance.

  • How old must I be to drive the van?

    To be allowed to drive one of our camper vans, you need to be minimum 23 years old, and have a valid driving license of minimum 2 years.

  • What time can I pick up and return the van?

    A schedule for Vehicle collections and returns takes place from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 19:00.
    On weekends collections takes place on Friday, from 13.3h to 19h and returns on Sunday at 19h or Monday at 9h.
    Collections in Vanyou premises and within a radius of 20km on Saturday and Sunday or holiday will have an extra cost of 30€.
    Returns in Vanyou premises and within a radius of 20km on Saturday and Sunday or holiday will have an extra cost of 30€.
    Collections at the Valencia/Málaga airport on Saturday and Sunday or holiday will have an extra cost of 40€.
    Returns at the Valencia/Málaga airport on Saturday and Sunday or holiday will have an extra cost of 40€.
    Coleection + return at Alicante airport or Alicante bus station from Valencia have an extra cost of 150€
    Coleection or return at Alicante airport or Alicante bus station from Valencia have an extra cost of 100€
    In high season there is no collection or return Alicante airport or Alicante bus station service.

  • Can I travel outside Spain with the van?

    Yes, you can travel in most European countries. Please consult us for confirmation.

  • Where am I allowed to drive?

    You can drive only on surfaced roads.

  • What are the dimensions of the van?

    The vans are 2.04 metres high and 4.90 metres long. Their driving is similar to that of a private car.

  • What fuel does the van use?

    Always DIESEL.

  • How much mileage am I allowed?

    • From Rental Day 1 to Rental Day 7, the rate includes 250kms per day.
    • From Rental Day 8 to Rental Day 14, the rate includes 350kms per day.
    • Extra kilometres will be charged an additional 0,20€/km.
    • For a 15 days or more rental, there won't be any limited mileage.
  • What conditions must the van fulfil when it is returned?

    The van must be in the same or similar condition as when it was delivered. If these conditions are not fulfilled, penalties will be applied:

    • No exterior cleaning 50€.
    • No interior cleaning 80€.
    • Stains on the upholstery 50€.
    • Smell of tobacco 100€.
    • In case of travelling with animals, detectable smell/hairs 120€.
    • In case of having used chemical WC and not cleaned 60€.
    • If the water tank has been used with other liquid or fuel 100€.
    • If the fuel tank has been filled with other liquid or fuel 750€.
    • In case of having lost the keys or the documentation of the vehicle 180€.

     

  • Are children under 12 accepted?

    Yes, of course! You can bring your own seat or you can rent one from us, please consult the extra accessories list.

  • Can I see the van before?

    Yes, you can come after previous appointment.

  • Can I travel with my dog?

    Yes, you can. However, you need to follow certain safety rules: the animal has to travel in an adequate travelling box in the boot. In case of leaving detectable smell or hairs, you will have to pay a penalty of 120€. If you were the next customer you wouldn't like to find the van in this condition.

  • Can I smoke or light candles inside?

    It is strictly forbidden to smoke or light candles inside the van, for safety reasons. If there are smells of tobacco, you will have to pay a penalty of 100€.

  • Can I cook inside the van?

    Yes, you can. You should always cook on a table and never on the top of the cupboard. You could burn the curtains and start a fire.

  • What basic equipment has the van got?

    The van has got all the necessary kitchen equipment including a thermo-electrical fridge and a gas cartridge that should last about 4 days for two people. We can sell you extra gas cartridges in order not to waste time looking for some during your trip. You can consult the complete inventory here.

  • What extra accessories can I rent?

    We have a full list of extra accessories, if you can't find what you need, please tell us!

  • Is there a WC?

    The van is delivered without a WC, but it is an extra accessory you can rent.

  • Is there a bike holder?

    The van is delivered without a bike holder but it is an extra accessory you can rent.

  • Can I leave my car in your facilities?

    Yes, you can park your vehicle near our facilities, telling us beforehand. However, we are not responsible for the safety of your vehicle.

  • Is there any heating for the winter season?

    Yes, our camper van has a stationary heater. You will be able to travel in winter and enjoy a pleasant temperature inside the van when you are parked.
