Calculation of the rental days

The rental days are counted as 24 hour periods from the moment the vehicle is picked up.

Minimum duration

The minimum rental time is two days. No campervans will be rented for less time than that.

In high season, a booking in advance of rental time which is less than 7 days is not permitted, although shorter rentals can be offered according to the availability.

Included mileage

The included kilometres depend on the rental duration. We have a system of segments:

• From rental day one to day seven: 250 km per day.
• From day eight to day fourteen: 350 km per day.
• Rentals of fifteen days or more: without any mileage limitation.

The additional kilometres will be charged at a price of 0.20€/km.

Guarantee deposit

To pick up the vehicle, you must leave a deposit by bank card (credit or debit). The amount of the deposit with the basic coverage is 800€ and in case of contracting the extended coverage is 600€

Booking confirmation and payment

To confirm the booking, payment of the corresponding amounts must have been made and justified for the following due dates:

• For bookings of more than 30 days in advance: you will be asked to pay an initial 30% of the rental cost and another 70% 30 days before the beginning of the rental.
• For rentals under 30 days in advance: you will be asked to pay 100% of the rental cost.

Required documentation

To pick up the vehicle, the following documents will need to be sent in advance:

• Valid IDs of the authorised drivers.
• Valid driving licenses of the authorised drivers. In the case of non EU citizens, a valid international driving license.
• Bank card (credit or debit) for the guarantee deposit.

Booking cancellation

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Up to 30 days before the pick up date: you will get a refund of the total amount of the booking.
• Between 29 and 16 days before the pick up date: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
• Between 15 and 8 days before the pick up date: 25% of the booking amount will be refunded.
• Less than 7 days before the pick up date: you will not receive a refund.
• In case of cancellation of the reservation or contract due to forces of force majeure, pandemics, meteorological catastrophes, by decree of a state of emergency or any other exceptional condition, the Owner shall not return the amount paid to the Renter. The Owner shall issue a voucher with a date change in order to postpone the rental for a period to be determined by the Owner.

Insurance

The rental includes an all-risks insurance with an excess of 600€. You can optionally contract an extended coverage which covers that excess.

Pick up and drop off

As a general rule, the schedule for vehicle pick up and drop off takes place from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00.

For drop off on Sundays or bank holidays, there will be a special schedule of drop off with no additional cost.

Pick up and drop off at alternative points (airports, stations, ...) will have an additional cost

Pick up and drop off outside the schedule will have an additional cost. Please ask for the current rates in each location
