Rental terms
Mileage: unlimited. Pets: allowed; a mandatory pet cleaning of €50 must be booked in advance. Travelling with a pet without declaring and paying it is a serious breach. Minimum age: 25, with a category B licence held for at least 2 years; drivers from 23 may rent with an insurance supplement (ask first). Deposit: €300 or €800-900 depending on the insurance option (the FAQ states €800, the terms state €900; confirm). Fuel: not included; return with a full tank or the missing fuel is charged plus a penalty. Cleaning: €40 if returned dirty; smoking inside is prohibited (up to €300). Cancellation: free more than 60 days before; between 59 days and 48 hours you pay the full price and receive a 50% voucher valid for one year; in the last 48 hours 100% with no voucher. Late return: charged as one extra rental day. Travel abroad: allowed in countries covered by the insurance Green Card; notify beforehand.
