Rental terms

  • Mileage: 300 km per day included; extra kilometres €0.30 per km according to the vehicle pages (€0.20 in the FAQ; confirm).
  • Minimum rental: low season 3 days (weekend from Friday to Monday morning); mid season 5 or 7 days, and high season 5 days (Easter, bank-holiday long weekends) or 7 to 15 days (July and August), depending on the page; see the price table and confirm.
  • Pets: accepted; no supplement published.
  • Minimum age: 25 years. Driving licence: category B (B1 on the vehicle pages) with at least 2 years of seniority. Their FAQ mentions a possible surcharge for drivers aged 21 to 25; confirm. Non-EU drivers: most pages say the national licence is enough, one says it must be an international permit; confirm.
  • Cancellation: the booking deposit is not refunded; if the full rental has been paid, 70% is refunded when cancelling more than 60 days ahead, 50% with less than 60 days and 10% with less than 20 days.
  • Return: clean, with the waste water and toilet tanks empty, or €150 is charged for cleaning.
  • Travel abroad: allowed across the European Union and many other countries, including Portugal, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Turkey. One-way rentals to another country are not allowed.
  • Fines: the renter is responsible for any penalty or fine.
  • Contract: the conditions on the website are only an extract; the signed contract prevails. Second driver: not published; confirm.

What's included

Kitchen with sink and three-way fridge (12 V, 230 V and gas); complete set of plates, glasses and cutlery, and gas included. Hobs and fridge size depend on the model: 3 burners with oven in the Giottiline 386, CI Horon 84 XT and 77 M, 2 burners in the 65 XT and Giottiline 440, 160 L fridge in the 440 and 135 to 137 L in the CI Horon.
Models from 4 to 7 places. Examples: CI Horon 65 XT, central rear double bed (150x193 cm), drop-down bed (135x203 cm) and an extra lounge bed; CI Horon 84 XT, two rear single beds convertible into a double, drop-down bed and extra lounge bed; CI Horon 79 M, two fixed double beds (cab-over and rear, 150x200 cm); Giottiline 440, three double beds (cab-over, rear and dinette).
