• Insurance: the website mentions “all-risk” insurance on the home page, while the rental conditions say the vehicle is insured “as required by law”; confirm the cover. Excess of €700 per claim (collision damage or theft), which the renter pays and which can be deducted from the deposit.
• Deposit: €700 by card when collecting the vehicle (€1,000 in the Rapido 854F page), returned within 72 working hours after checking the vehicle.
• Payment: 30% of the total rental price in advance to confirm the booking; how the rest is paid is not published.
• Mileage: 300 km per day in rentals shorter than 7 days, with €0.35 per extra kilometre (the booking form says €0.20); unlimited from 7 days according to the rental conditions (the price page words it ambiguously; confirm).
• Discounts: 5% for rentals over 7 days (over 13 days in August); 10% over 13 days (over 20 days in August); 15% over 20 days (not in August); 5% for returning customers.
• Fuel: return the vehicle with a full tank, otherwise the approximate refill cost plus €50 is charged.

Rental terms

• Pets: allowed if owners take care that nothing is damaged, pets do not climb on seats or beds and the vehicle is left free of smells and hair; the renter must vacuum it at a petrol station before returning it. No pet supplement is published.
• Smoking: forbidden inside the vehicle; breaking the rule carries a fixed charge of €300.
• Where you can drive: not published (a Cantabria page only says that vehicles are collected in Getxo).

• Prohibited: use contrary to the law, races, transporting goods, subletting, carrying more people than allowed and covering or removing the company's logos.
